1. Insulation resistance check
Before the Submersible Sewage Cutter Pump is put into operation, the insulation resistance between the motor and the ground must be checked. For voltages ≤660V, the insulation resistance should be ≥50M ohms. For voltages of 6KV, 6KV and 10KV, the insulation resistance should be ≥100M ohms. In addition, it is necessary to check whether the grounding is firm and reliable, and the resistance should be ≤4 ohms.
2. Regular inspection
During operation, it is necessary to regularly check the insulation resistance between the motor and the ground, as well as the grounding condition and whether the cable sheath is cracked, etc.
3. Replace the sealing ring
The sealing ring between the impeller and the pump body has a sealing function. If the gap between the impeller and the sealing ring is too large, it will cause a decrease in flow rate. At this time, the sealing ring should be replaced.
4. Replacement of mechanical seals
After the submersible sewage pump has been operating normally under the specified working medium conditions for half a year, the sealing condition of the sealing chamber should be inspected, and it should be observed whether the oil in the sealing chamber is in an emulsified state or there is water sediment. If so, the mechanical oil and mechanical seal should be replaced in time.
5. Engine oil inspection and replacement
The submersible sewage pump has been injected with an appropriate amount of engine oil before leaving the factory to lubricate the mechanical seal. This engine oil should be inspected once a year. If water is found in the oil, it should be drained, the oil replaced, the gasket replaced and the screw plug tightened. Three weeks later, a recheck is required. If the engine oil has become an emulsion again, the mechanical seal should be inspected and replaced if necessary.
6. Cable inspection
Cables should be inspected at least once a year. If they are damaged, they should be replaced
