Horizontal single suction centrifugal pump is a fluid conveying equipment. Its working principle is based on centrifugal force. When the pump impeller is driven by the motor to rotate, the medium is thrown out from the horizontal path between the blades, forming a vacuum. The medium is automatically sucked into the impeller for replenishment under the action of atmospheric pressure, thus achieving continuous flow. It can be widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and other fields.

Structure and Working Principle

The pump works on the centrifugal principle. As the YE3 motor powers the impeller, the rotational motion creates centrifugal force which propels the fluid outward through the discharge outlet. The internal mouth ring and seal ring prevent backflow and reduce wear.
