Operating Conditions

 

Medium temperature ≤ +25°C.

pH range: 6.5–8.5.

Solid content ≤ 0.1%, particle size ≤ 0.2 mm.

Power: 380 V ±10%, 50 Hz.

Immersion depth ≥ 0.5 m.

 

Preparation Before Use

 

Ensure the water meets the specified quality; do not use muddy, stagnant, or corrosive liquids.

Select the pump within the rated head range.

Check that the shaft rotates freely.

Fill the motor cavity with clean water and seal tightly.

Confirm insulation resistance ≥ 50 MΩ using a 500 V megohmmeter.

Install a protective switch and verify correct rotation direction.

Seal cable joints securely and ensure proper grounding.

Prepare lifting ropes or supports for installation.

 

Installation

 

Install the pump using lifting ropes or supports to prevent it from sinking into mud.

Recommended working depth is 0.5–3 m below the dynamic water level.

Use a separate switch and protector for the pump, and do not adjust the protector's settings.

 

Operation

 

Before operation, ensure insulation resistance ≥ 5 MΩ.

After starting, check that voltage and current are within the rated range.

Stop operation immediately if the current exceeds the rated value, the flow rate decreases significantly, the insulation resistance drops below 0.5 MΩ, the pump runs dry, abnormal noise or vibration occurs, or the protection switch trips frequently.

After stopping, disconnect the power and allow at least 5 minutes for the motor to cool.

 

Maintenance

 

Perform maintenance every 1000 hours of operation.

Clean all components, replace oil seals and rubber bearings, and inspect for wear or damage.

For frequently used pumps, clean the filter, refill with clean water after use, and drain the motor cavity to remove any residue.
